1. Digital Products – Final Sale
All products sold by Mandala Room are digital downloads. Because of their nature, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has begun.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:
- You will receive immediate access to the digital product.
- You lose your 14-day EU right of withdrawal once the download starts, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- For customers outside the EU (including the U.S.), the same rule applies: all sales are final after download begins.
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We want you to enjoy your purchase. If there is a problem with the file (e.g., corrupted, inaccessible, or technical error), please contact us at mandalaroom@mandalaroom.com. We will:
- Re-send the file manually, or
- Provide an alternative download link, or
- Work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds are only considered if we are unable to provide you with a working copy of the purchased file.
3. Access to Downloads
- After purchase, you will receive a download link via WooCommerce/Stripe.
- The download link will remain active for 12 months from the purchase date.
- We encourage you to download and safely store your files within this period.
- If your link expires and you need help accessing your purchase, please contact us.
4. No Physical Returns
As all products are digital, there are no returns, exchanges, or shipping of physical goods.
