Refunds & Returns Policy (Digital Downloads)

MandalaRoom sells digital products delivered by instant download. Because files can’t be “returned,” all sales are final once the download link is provided.
That said, we stand behind our work and will help if something goes wrong.

Quick summary

  • Final sale: Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We’ll make it right if: you were charged twice, received a corrupt file, or the product is materially different from its description.
  • Support first: If you have a technical issue, email us—we’ll fix or replace the file.

EU/EEA & UK customers – right of withdrawal

Under local consumer law, digital content not supplied on a physical medium can be downloaded immediately only if you consent to start the download and acknowledge you’ll lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm this waiver so you can access your files right away.

When a refund may be approved

We may issue a refund (or replacement) in these cases:

  1. Duplicate purchase or duplicate charge of the same item.
  2. Technical problems that prevent access to the file and cannot be resolved after you contact us (e.g., corrupt file, broken link).
  3. Material misdescription — the delivered content is clearly different from what’s stated on the product page.

In most cases, we’ll first attempt to re-send or replace the file. If we cannot resolve the issue promptly, we’ll refund your order.

Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind or choosing the wrong item.
  • Compatibility or printing issues outside our control (e.g., printer ink/paper settings, custom device limitations) when the product format matches the product page (our packs are PDF, A4 & US Letter, 300 dpi).
  • Personal use complete: once files are downloaded and usable as described.
  • Sale/discount price adjustments after purchase.

How to request help or a refund

Email mandalaroom.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • Order number and purchase email
  • Product name (e.g., “Coloring Pack Vol. 1”)
  • A brief description of the issue (screenshots if possible)
  • Your device/OS and PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)

Response time: we aim to reply within 2 business days. If we can’t fix the issue within 5 business days, we’ll process a refund.

Re-downloads & file access

If you lose access to your files, contact us with your order number. We’re happy to re-send your download link (reasonable limits apply).

Exchanges

We don’t offer product exchanges for digital items. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, contact us—we’ll review options case by case.

Chargebacks & abuse

If a chargeback is filed after successful delivery and use of the files, we may restrict future purchases to protect against fraud.

Licensing reminder

Unless stated otherwise, purchases are for Personal Use only. If you plan to use materials in group sessions, please contact us for a simple Facilitator Use option.
